›Do I have to keep my phone on?
No. The connection lives on our server, like a paired WhatsApp Web — and you can keep using your phone meanwhile.
›Do you read my personal conversations?
No. Only what goes through the groups you marked as managed is captured, and for 90 days. One-to-one chats never enter the platform.
›Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from the panel itself. The subscription runs to the end of the period already paid and does not renew.
›Does the trial ask for a card?
No. Fourteen days with the whole platform open and no payment details.
Before you subscribe, know this
Onsendly uses an unofficial WhatsApp API. Automating the account falls outside Meta’s terms of use, and the connected number is yours — the risk of being blocked exists and it is yours. The platform applies sending limits to reduce it, but cannot remove it. We would rather say this here than on your first invoice.
